Welcome to PhysioRog the Blog. My name is Rog and I am a Chartered Physiotherapist. I have been qualified since 2003.

The aim of this site is for people to contact me with physio quieries or to contact me if you would like any treatment or advice. I live in Leicestershire, and can cover the local area for home visits. My specialties are:
